I just brewed a pot of 10 year Puer. The flavour is mild and is still astringent on the tongue. It will probably need to aged a few more year before I can coax a good brew out of it. However it has helped to calm my nerves and imagine that I am within the lush bamboo groove and meditating on nature great resolve to evolve for life and its perpetuity.

In the IChing it is mentioned all is in a state of change. In the Tao Te Ching, " The Tao that can be expressed is not the eternal Tao". In the same light Krishnamurthi mentioned, "Truth is the Pathless Land."
